
Our contemporary world has witnessed great interest in financial markets because of their role in economic life, and the United States of America is one of the founding countries for these markets, including the money market, which is an important tributary of short-term financing, as it provides opportunities for investors who want to invest their money. The money market is characterized by high flexibility and low risk and is distinguished in planning The monetary policy of the state through the central bank, which also affects the money market with a policy of re-discounting, as well as selling or buying government securities or buying it for securities traded in the money markets to maintain monetary stability, and after all the contraction of the global economy during the period of economic crisis as well as Another recession period due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and the impact of these crises on the banking system, including liquidity. For this purpose, the current study aimed to analyze the role of monetary market tools in managing liquidity through the concepts of study variables in the theoretical framework and testing hypotheses in the scientific framework. The study included a chart representing the relationship between the financial analysis of monetary market tools and liquidity measurement indicators, as well as the impact of monetary market tools on liquidity management. One of the most important conclusions is that the sample banks possess legal liquidity at high levels due to the higher levels of the volume of primary and secondary reserves than the volume of deposits, as well as employing a large proportion of their liquidity and with high investments in money market tools.
