
This study aims to identify the extent of the contribution of competitive intelligence and intellectual capital to transformational leadership in Iraqi commercial banks, in order to reach the objectives of the study. The number of (15) banks, the researcher pulled a suitable random sample, where the study questionnaire was distributed to them to obtain the study data, and the total of the retrieved questionnaires was (175) questionnaires, of which (22) were invalid for analysis and (153) were valid for analysis, As it constituted (76.5%) of the total distributed questionnaires, which are sufficient for the purposes of the statistical analysis of the study, the questionnaire data was entered into the (SPSS) program with the aim of processing it according to the tests that achieve the purpose of the study, specifically the Variance test and the Unilateral Analysis of Variance test were used. (Anova) and Path Analysis using the Amos (Ver. 22) program, and the study reached several results, the most prominent of which are the following: The contribution of the dimensions of competitive intelligence and intellectual capital variables to transformational leadership in Iraqi commercial banks.
