The impact of Empower Workers in Green Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Loyalty: A Study in Iraqi Commercial Banks

Résumé

The study aimed to identify the impact of empowering employees in green human resource management practices and organizational loyalty: in Iraqi commercial banks. Stratified and used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, the data was analyzed by statistical methods to test the main hypotheses after ensuring the validity and readiness of the data. The study showed a set of results, the most prominent of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level 5% to enable workers in green human resource management practices and organizational loyalty: in commercial banks
