
The management literature has witnessed many studies related to the issue of organizational loyalty, where some research focused on studying the level of organizational loyalty in companies and its relationship to some organizational variables. Based on these, the researcher tried to address some organizational variables related to organizational loyalty and its relationship to organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the research came in four parts, which are the research methodology and the conceptual framework of organizational loyalty in terms of concept, importance and factors affecting organizational loyalty, as well as the stages of formation of organizational loyalty and its characteristics. The third part presented organizational citizenship behavior in terms of concept, importance, characteristics, components and patterns of organizational citizenship behavior. As for the fourth part, it focused on the field aspect of the research and the conclusions and suggestions that the research reached.
