Analyzing the reality of the leading university and its impact on sustainable development: Case study of the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kirkuk

Résumé

This study aimed to identify the topic of entrepreneurship and the characteristics of entrepreneurs, in addition to discussing the programs that aim to create entrepreneurs, in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kirkuk in order to be more objective and mature and achieve leadership for the University of Kirkuk in order to raise the level of academic outputs as well as meet the requirements of society and diagnose the most important The challenges facing the entrepreneur and the importance of leadership in the university, measuring the effects of leadership on the development of the university, and assisting leadership in community leadership by the university.

In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method.

The study community consisted of all faculty members and employees in the College of Administration and Economics, and to achieve the goal that the research seeks to diagnose and analyze the relationship between the leading university and sustainable development in the College of Administration and Economics, a hypothetical model was developed that reflects the nature of the relationship and influence between the research variables, and the research adopted the questionnaire As a main tool for collecting data and information, it was distributed over a sample of (50), It was tested using some statistical tools for the data by adopting the statistical analysis program (SPSS. V.24). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the characteristics of the pioneering university morally affect sustainable development, and the greatest impact was on sustainable development after. Orientation towards university leadership has become a criterion for achieving sustainable development.
