Technological digital transformation and the quality of administrative operations in banks : an analytical study in Iraqi banks

Résumé

The digital economy has a modern global trend that various countries seek to achieve by taking advantage of the data of the times and shifting from the economy of industries to the information economy, which focuses on knowledge and information technologies, As the basis of communication and information networks. This type of economy has led to benefits in all areas of life that support sustainable development, including electronic commerce, Electronic investment, Electronic banking and other applications. In this study, we will try to focus on electronic banking, which in turn constitutes One of the secretions of the digital economy, Given the importance of what it provided to the economy, this study aims to clarify the advantages achieved by electronic banking In banking activity and its role in modernizing banking services through the work of Iraqi banks to develop their banking systems by adopting this technology, the Iraqi banking system and upgrading to the highest levels. As for the practical side, the results of this study confirmed a sample of 71 senior employees in Iraqi banks The technological digital transformation contributes effectively to the quality of the administrative operations of these banks Where modern digital technology.
