The possibility of improving the quality of higher education to achieve outstanding performance at the University of Tikrit and Samara

Résumé

This study aimed to identify the possibility of improving quality in higher education to achieve outstanding performance, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach using the field study approach and traced the importance of the study as it dealt with a topic that many studies did not address, as it dealt with the analysis of the relationship between the variables of the study as follows The importance of choosing the study population, which is the environment of higher education, the universities of Tikrit and Samarra, which is part of a group of Iraqi public universities, which have a leading role in improving quality in the field of higher education to obtain distinguished performance. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the possibility of improving the quality of higher education and the distinguished performance in the universities under study. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that Iraqi universities need necessary to provide management and workers who are able to improve the quality of higher education and determine the expertise required for work, and study the available experiences in the university and compare the available experiences with the required experiences to achieve outstanding performance, and also among the most important recommendations That the goals of the university be declared more clearly to its staff, students, and the community, in a neighborhood It explains the development of its objectives and their annual achievement through improving the quality of higher education and outstanding performance.
