The availability level of the dimensions of intellectual capital in the schools of the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and North Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of school principals and their assistants

Résumé

The present study aimed to identify The availability level of the dimensions of intellectual capital in the schools of the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and North Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of school principals and their assistants, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (133) Principal and assistant Principal. The results of the study reached that the The availability level of the dimensions of intellectual capital in the schools of the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and North Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of school principals was came generally high; They also came high in Fields Structural capital and relational capital; While it was moderate in the Human capital dimension; The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members at the level (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the job title variable, but these differences were found in the variable gender in favor of males, academic qualification in favor of masters holders, years of experience and in favor of more than ten Years .
