Résumé

The application of entrepreneurial quality through the foundations of creativity, proactivity and risk-taking came after studies for many years of scientific research and experiments, and it was necessary to start applying it practically and realistically in these health institutions because it is the appropriate environment to achieve the requirements of strategic success through survival, adaptation and growth. Hence the researcher's interest and desire to study entrepreneurial quality and its relationship to adopting the requirements of strategic success in an innovative manner and within modern concepts that take into account all elements of leadership in harmony with health institutions to advance their reality.

Based on the above statistical results, the hypothesis “there is a significant and positive impact of entrepreneurial quality on the requirements of strategic success” will be accepted.

In this context, the researcher highlighted the most important problems that Iraqi health institutions suffer from in order to be able to realize and understand the most important items and requirements for strategic success.
