
The study aimed to find out the importance of electronic payment cards in improving the quality of banking services in Libyan banks, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, which included conducting a field study by designing a questionnaire consisting of five pivots and (30) statements. The study targeted customers of four banks, namely (Aljamhoriya Trading Bank, Sahara Bank, North Africa Bank). Due to the large size of society and the difficulty of accessing all of its vocabulary, therefore, the researcher used the sampling method based on a simple random sample. A number of (400) questionnaires were distributed, and the study concluded that there was a statistically significant relationship between banking cards and the quality of Banking services, where the value of the correlation coefficient was (0.662), and it resulted in an impact of the use of banking cards on the quality of banking services amounting to (43.8%). The study has recommended the organization of training courses for bankspersonnel in various fields, such as the quality of services and the use of electronic cards to raise their efficiency and avoid complications in achieving transactions, and to pay attention to problems of customers, together with the speed in completing the work.
