The effect of training the auditors of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau on the quality of the audit work

Résumé

The research aims to address a modern and important topic to know the level of training of the auditors of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau on the quality of the control work. Problem Study Training is an investment for the organization. Therefore, attention must be paid to training employees so that the organization can fulfill its obligations with the required quality and speed, achieve its strategic objectives, and enhance the performance of its employees to reach the required quality. The Federal Office of Financial Supervision works on training its employees and integrating them into large-scale training programs with the aim of developing its human resources, in order to implement its training programs. There must be a system for monitoring and evaluating the results of training and its impact on the quality of oversight work. To achieve the objectives of training, the study sought to achieve a set of cognitive and applied objectives based on hypotheses.
