
The Iraqi Ministry of Migration and Displacement suffers from the scarcity of studies and research related to contemporary administrative variables. . This study aims to study the relationship between the strategic leadership practices of the Ministry of Migration and Displacement and the success of managing the displacement file in the State of Iraq. The researcher chose a sample of the working leaders and care categories in the ministry under study, and the study sample was (80) employees. This study concluded that the strategic vision, ethical practices, human capital development and the establishment of an effective monitoring system have an impact on the success of managing the displacement file, but the core capabilities and organizational culture have no effect.
