
The study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of the quality of Islamic banking services on enhancing competitiveness, where the researcher has designed a questionnaire through which he tested the hypotheses of the study, which fall within descriptive analytical studies that depend on monitoring and analyzing the quality of Islamic banking services and the competitiveness requirements. The researcher has used the case study approach by studying customers’ opinions regarding the level of Islamic banking services quality as well as the competitiveness of Islamic branches of traditional banks located in extent of Tripoli city. The number thereof was (15) banks. (420) questionnaires were distributed, from which (388) questionnaires were chosen, where they were subjected to the Statistical Packages of Social Sciences (SPSS23) program to conduct descriptive statistics and test the extent of validity of the study hypotheses with the multiple linear regression. The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the Islamic banking services quality and competitiveness.
