
The purpose of this paper is to show, based on a qualitative exploratory study in the events sector in the city of Marrakech (Morocco) that project management performance is essentially a question of behavior, but also the use of tools and techniques. In other words, the achievement of the performance requires consideration of factors related to values, factors related to organizational, technological factors and human factors. A special feature of this study is to indicate "Patience" as a new variable that may determine the success of project management in the Moroccan context.
