Reality of strategic planning for engineering projects in Mosul

Résumé

The research aims to explain the reality of strategic planning for engineering projects in the municipality of Mosul. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach by relying on a questionnaire form and analyzing it using the statistical analysis program (spss). The research sample was chosen randomly. The questionnaire was distributed to (50) members of the targeted research community. .The final research sample consists of (32) individuals. The results showed that employees in the Mosul Municipality departments had positive impressions about the municipality’s full commitment to implementing all planned projects. While their impressions were negative about adherence to the timing of implementation of the planned projects.
