
The current research aims to demonstrate the impact of green human resources management practices in its four dimensions (green employment, green training and development, green evaluation and green compensation) in achieving entrepreneurship at Tikrit University and to diagnose the extent to which the university applies green human resources management practices, which contributes to environmentally friendly entrepreneurship. In order to achieve the purposes of the research, its problem was formulated, which is the reality of strategic planning for engineering projects in Mosul. To answer the problem, a number of hypotheses were adopted that investigated the subject of the research. To test these hypotheses, data was collected based on a questionnaire form and the descriptive analytical method was used. The research sample included (125) individuals at Tikrit University, and the data was processed statistically using the statistical program (SPSS V.26). The apparent validity of the questionnaire was measured by presenting it to a number of experts and specialists in the field of administrative sciences. The factorial confirmatory validity of the questionnaire items was also measured. The researcher concluded that Tikrit University has a clear interest in green practices for human resources management as a modern administrative approach. It works to provide environmental guidance to employees in all activities that require implementation inside and outside the university. The research also found that there is an impact relationship and a moral correlation between green practices of human resources management and entrepreneurship at the university. The research ends with a number of proposals that the researcher believes serve the field under study, the most prominent of which are Encouraging the university to attract high-caliber talent when requesting appointment in accordance with scientific and international standards in line with meeting the university’s needs to achieve green goals in its daily work and improve the work environment, as the university was keen to display environmentally friendly green performance evaluation indicators for all employees in order to view them and know their goals.
