
The research aimed to identify the relationship between the polarization strategy and the promotion of Total Quality Management through the application in the Diwan of Salah al-Din governorate in Iraq, and the polarization strategy was identified as an independent variable, and Total Quality Management with its determinants (quality culture, management commitment, continuous improvement, employee participation, teams, satisfaction) as a dependent variable.
The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and on the questionnaire tool in collecting the initial data from the study sample size of 400 individuals, where 384 correct questionnaires were recovered, and the SPSS program was relied on in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
The research has reached the most important results:
- There are no fundamental differences between the recruitment and recruitment strategy available in the Salah al-Din governorate court and the polarization strategy that must be available.
- There are no fundamental differences between the TQM determinants available at the Salah al-Din governorate court and the TQM determinants that must be available.
- There is a statistically significant relationship between the polarization strategy and the promotion of Total Quality Management in the Salah al-Din governorate court estimating the parameters of the model.
