It found that better management of investment risks enhances the stability of insurance firms, aids in achieving commercial goals, and boosts confidence among customers and investors. Notably, the study revealed a significant correlation between the rate of return on activity and the financial solvency of the insurance industry, underlining the importance of investment performance in maintaining financial stability.
