
The study examined ICT capabilities in its dimensions (hardware and equipment, software, databases, human resources) as an independent variable, lean management in its dimensions (lean leadership, lean organizational culture, and lean administrative communications) as a dependent variable, and artificial intelligence as an intermediary variable through its dimensions (expert systems, And automatic machine learning, and knowledge representation and inference). The thesis dealt with an intellectual dilemma with two dimensions. My theoretical dimension is that there are many works, researches, and theses in which these two variables were not used in a single study, and the field dimension represented that such a study was not applied in the General Company for Manufacturing. Cars and equipment. This study is divided into two main parts. The first part included the study methodology, while the second part dealt with the theoretical and analytical framework of the study’s hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations.
Reaching the objectives of the study required derivation of four hypotheses allocated to the variables of the study, represented by their dimensions and basic characteristics. In order to reach the final results and verify the validity of the hypotheses, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was considered a tool for obtaining data with the intention of collecting and analyzing data from the study sample of (100) (Individually, it was represented by managers, department heads, and divisional managers in the company for manufacturing cars and equipment. A number of statistical methods were used, namely: (frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviation, investigation rate, correlation coefficient, simple and stepwise linear regression coefficient, and structural equation modeling). The study showed a set of theoretical and field conclusions, the most important of which is that information technology capabilities have gained high acceptance among the staff of the automobile and equipment manufacturing company as a tool for improving administrative work and enhancing the characteristics of agile management.
