Teleworking : Reality and Prospects, A field study in the Regional Directorate of Mobilis Company Ouargla

Résumé

The major development in information and communication have so far; led fundamental changes into the old working mechanisms of both the technologies mentioned  above. Several things afterwards seemed to come obligatory substitutions as well; being relevant to flourishing to new work relationships, database functionalities and such of many that urged one to conduct a business far from being jammed in one’s office. (Flexibility of Working Hours) and due to such a huge advantage of work ways of handlings in terms of time and place, working hours became the least to worry about for those placed in such a tight schedules.

So far and by now, Teleworking is one of the premium baby born releases of the informational technologies in present day, and that is the conduct of any given task via devices which basically eases work from home. This study aims to shed light on the reality and futures of Teleworking at the Mobilis regional base mobile operator and networking company in Ouargla – Algeria. And in order for this study to be conveyed, we desired to use the descriptive and analytical approach, as well as the tools for the questionnaire approach, the study was then comprised of 94 sample or, individuals who teleworked during the pandemic, or, simply teleworked for unofficial reasons. The data of these samples have been processed with the (SPSS29) Statistics program, and that was in accordance with the tests relevant to achieving the study purpose.

The study then concluded that there was a huge amount of staff who teleworked at the Mobilis company; also, this study seemed to seek more attentions focused on more staff to urge them to telework thus, and that is by creating the perfect environment for it. And due to its distinctive touch to economy as a whole. Therefore, Mobilis began recommening and even enhancing every aspect of Teleworking.
