The study aims to know the role played by electronic human resources management with its dimensions (electronic planning, electronic testing, electronic recruitment, electronic compensation, electronic learning and development, electronic performance evaluation) in achieving creative performance represented by its dimensions (originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, detail) as well as diagnosing and analyzing the relationships of influence and correlation between (electronic human resources and creative performance) at the level of private universities and colleges in Baghdad Governorate. The research problem was identified in several questions that focused on the nature of the existence of practices of both electronic human resources and creative performance and their dimensions in private universities and colleges in Baghdad Governorate, and what is the level and nature of the relationships of correlation between all research variables, as well as the level and nature of the relationships of influence of electronic human resources on creative performance? For this purpose, the researcher developed his hypothetical plan and hypotheses, and used the questionnaire tool to collect data. The research was applied in private universities in Baghdad Governorate, which numbered (33) private universities/colleges. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach according to the comprehensive survey method, so the sample was (593) observations represented by (the dean, the dean's assistants, department heads), so the total research community was (727). The researcher distributed (727) questionnaires, of which (593) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, with a retrieval rate of (81.56%). The data were analyzed using the statistical packages (SPSSV.25&AMOSV.25) and a set of statistical methods were employed to extract the results. The study reached a set of conclusions, which were represented by the validity of the study hypotheses (impact and correlation) and the validity of the hypothetical model of the study. There is a correlation and influence between (electronic human resources management, creative performance and their dimensions).
