Small and medium sized enterprises (SME) represents , one of the economic sectors which attract great interest by the countries of the world , organizations, international and regional bodies, and researchers in the light of the changes and transformations of the global economy. Also, because of its central role in the production, employment, income generation, innovation and technological progress as well as its role in achieving the goals of economic and social development for all countries .
