
The aim of this study was to know the effect of using Balanced Scorecard (BSC), by using its four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth to enhance the strategic financial performance for the Libyan Banks.
To achieve the study's goals, it was designed questionnaire that consisted of two parts.
The first part representing the personal and the functional information of the study sample individuals, while the second part consisted of questions to know the measures of the Balanced Scorecard at the Libyan Banks. The study sample consisted of 200 Members of the Board of Directors, General Managers and administration directors from Libyan Banks. In order to analysis the data, the SPSS package was used.
The Libyan Banks had a good perception that their success requires working hard to enhance their strategic financial performance. They also had a clear vision of the dimensions of strategic financial performance that enables them to achieve advanced financial performance. They can also use the BSC.
