The Impact of Talent Management Strategies on Creativity Development at Orange Telecom Company Employees in Jordan

Résumé

The study aimed to identify the impact of talent management strategies in the development of creativity among orange telecommunications employees in Jordan and to achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive analytical method, where the study community of administrators and numbered (139) people in orange communications company in the city of Amman, and was sample the comprehensive survey of all members of the study community, and the inspection unit consisted of executives, heads of departments, directors and a number of officials of the company offices, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool of scientific research, The study has reached several conclusions, including: the absence of a statistically significant impact on the changes in talent management strategies (talent planning strategy, talent recruitment strategy, talent development strategy ,talent performance evaluation strategy, talent retention strategy) in the development of creativity of all kinds (artistic creativity, creativity Administrative, innovative creativity, and the study ended with the presentation of recommendations of the most important: the need to work on the development of talent management in accordance with the strategic orientation of it by developing strategic plans that are consistent with its objectives and possibilities, and work on the preparation and preparation of qualified individuals to carry out tasks and functions in accordance with the strategic direction of companies, and work to push talented workers and motivate them towards more creativity. The need to develop talent management in terms of attraction by engaging in the recruitment of human resources with the competencies, skills and qualifications that enable them to carry out the job duties and responsibilities as required.
