The impact of empowerment strategy in achieving strategic success: An Analytical Survey Study in the Iraqi Ministry of Industry - Iraqi General Cement Company - Southern Cement Plants Affairs Assistantship

Résumé

The research adopted the empowerment strategy as an explanatory variable and strategic success as a response variable. The sample was chosen intentionally from the Iraqi Ministry of Industry employees - the Iraqi General Company for Cement - the Southern Cement Factories Affairs Assistant, consisting of (193) employees. Their opinions were collected and analyzed to verify the extent of the organization's ability and contribution to enhancing strategic success. The research aims to reach the awareness of senior leaders in the organizations under study, i.e., the importance of the empowerment strategy and its role in influencing strategic success. The researcher also stands at several matters, including the negative and positive aspects of the organizational excellence adopted in it, and comes out with several recommendations aimed at developing work and advancing the reality of the organization's work to activate the work of strategic success in service organizations.
