
This study determines the impact of human resources development methods in the strategic vision on the individual’s performance. It included three variables, the independent variable human resources development with its dimensions: (human resources training, human resources empowerment, career enrichment of Human Resources, Human Resources Development, human resources motivation), the dependent variable performance of working individuals: (skills and abilities, productivity, efficiency, quality, satisfaction), and the modified variable strategic vision with its dimensions: (Study and analysis of the situation, identification of strategies, Plan Development, Plan implementation and follow-up). The research community was represented by all the 528 administrators at the Samara pharmaceutical laboratory. After computations, the sample size according to random sampling reached 224 people, where 240 questionnaires were distributed with 231 valid questionnaires. In order to achieve the study objectives, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and appropriate statistical methods were used. The study has reached a set of results, including: The presence of a statistically significant effect of "Human Resource Development" on the performance of personnel working at the Samara pharmaceutical plant. This suggests that investing in professional development programs significantly enhances employees ' understanding of the strategic vision, which leads to an improvement in their performance administratively.
