E-management for improvement in project management

Résumé

This research aims to analyze the role of e-management in achieving optimization in project management, by studying the impact of electronic systems, knowledge management, and digital communications on project efficiency, quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost management. The study relied on a quantitative approach using advanced statistical tools, such as Pearson correlation, linear regression, and structural equation modeling to analyze data collected from a sample of project management specialists. The results showed a prominent role of e-management in enhancing project efficiency and improving the quality of their outputs, as well as its role in reducing costs and adhering to specified deadlines. The study provides practical recommendations for adopting e-solutions as an essential part of modern management strategies to achieve optimal performance in projects
