The Impact of Digital Human Resource Management on Achieving Organizational brilliance The Mediating Role of Human Resource Agility: A Field Study in Telecommunications Companies Operating in Iraq

Résumé

This research aims to identify the extent of the digital human resources impact in achieving organizational brilliance for mobile phones companies ( Zien, Asiacell, korek telecom) in Iraq, with the support of a mediator played by the variable of human resources agility. Starting from the indicators related to communication sector concerning mobile phone companies and the advertised reports of the central statical organization / Iraqi ministry of planning, the research problem was formulated through a set of questions that essentially concentrated on the reality of human recourses exponent variable in the organizational brilliance as a responsive variable by the human resources agility for samples of mobile phones companies in Iraq. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, and the questioner was the main research tool for collecting data. The sample of respondents to questionnaire was 298 workers in three companies.  The data analysis relied on a set of statistical programs Spss.v.26, Amos.v.23, to show the extent of the influence of human resource agility mediation. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that the influence of digital human resource management on organizational brilliance increases when human resource agility intervenes as a mediator variable. This indicates that human resource agility plays a fundamental role in the mediating influence directed by digital human resource management on organizational brilliance.
