The impact of organizational excellence on achieving sustainable development in the civil service sector in the State of Palestine

Résumé

     There is a study to identify the impact of organizational brilliance in the civil service sector on achieving sustainable development in the State of Palestine. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 199 participants from the senior leadership of the civil service sector in Palestine. The statistical software (SPSS v27) and (SmartPLS4) were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing.

The study recommended the continued collaboration of senior administrative leadership in the civil service sector with the Palestinian National School of Administration to integrate and nominate distinguished employees for the leadership preparation program. This initiative would enhance their competencies and capabilities, contributing to organizational brilliance. Furthermore, it emphasized the optimal investment in digital technology for institutional development and service delivery, particularly in e-services, which would improve service quality and support sustainable development in Palestine, Additionally, the study highlighted the importance of the Palestinian government’s ongoing efforts to develop and review governance-related legislation and policies to enhance governmental performance quality, meet the needs of individuals and organizations, and strengthen sustainable development processes.
