The study focuses on the relationship between human resource management practices (such as recruitment, training, and development) and job satisfaction, using inspirational leadership as a mediating variable. The University of Iraq in Baghdad was selected as a case study to analyze the impact of these practices and inspirational leadership on the work environment. A quantitative research methodology will be used to collect data from a representative sample of employees, and the results will be analyzed using modern statistical tools to provide practical recommendations to support decision makers. The study highlights the importance of human resources as a critical factor in achieving organizational success in an environment characterized by rapid changes at the technological, economic, and political levels.
